How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal. All payments are processed through a secured checkout process.

What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices are listed in USD.

Where do we ship to?

We ship worldwide. Shipping time varies as this depends on customs and delivery services of each country.

When will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We offer complimentary free shipping for all of our products. That being said, standard delivery time ranges anywhere from 1-4 weeks on average. Rare instances may cause a delay in your products shipping, and in some cases you may receive your order anywhere from 3-6 weeks, even though this is unlikely. Orders within the USA are faster. International shipping varies, depending on each country's local delivery services.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?

Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

What if I haven’t received my package?

1. Check all external locked mailboxes
2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@lavajewels.com with your order number in the subject field.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at info@lavajewels.com to initiate the process and include your order number in the subject field.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You should usually see your refund within 3-5 business days!
